There are many events taking place in the Free North. The main ones are our Sunday services which occur at 11:00am and 6:30pm. There is also a prayer meeting before these services at 10:30am and 6:00pm respectively. After each service we go through to the church hall where there is tea and coffee, free of charge. This is a great time to get to know one another, and if you plan to visit, please join us as you will be made most welcome. If you want to know more about what happens on Sundays check out the I’m New page in the About Us tab for more details.

Every Wednesday evening we run a Prayer Meeting service in the church hall at 7:30pm. This is a great time for prayer and worship. If you want to know the power of prayer, please come along and join us.

There is a weekly mother and toddler group called ‘Tumble Tots’ which meets in the hall and provides space and time for mothers with toddlers to interact together and build relationships. If you would like more information on this please use the Contact page in the “About Us” tab.

There is a monthly ‘Likely Dads’ Group for male carers and pre-school children, run by the Care and Learning Alliance and facilitated by us, which meets in the hall. If you would like more information on this please use the Contact page in the “About Us” tab.

On the second Tuesday of the month we provide a lunch in the hall, at which many enjoy food, fellowship, support and a short time of worship. There is no charge for this, but there is an offering plate should you wish to make a donation. This is a great opportunity to make new friends and catch up with old ones. If you are visiting the area, please feel free to drop in. Everyone is welcome! The lunch is from 12.30 until around 2pm.

On the fourth Tuesday of the month we run an Activity Group from 2.00-3.30pm in the hall. The focus of this group is to enjoy one another’s company and engage in simple craftwork, if desired. Tea and coffee are provided.

In addition to these regular events, there are always others periodically planned. You can find out more details in the Calendar or the Sequence of Events pages.
